I see your problem &#8211; <strong>ich nehme es zur Kenntnis, aber es ist und bleibt Deins!<\/strong> Wertsch\u00e4tze die Offenheit des Anderen und dann fordere ihn auf, selbst zu handeln: &#8222;Und was hast Du nun vor? Sobald Du eine L\u00f6sung vorschl\u00e4gst, kann ich Dir vielleicht dabei helfen!&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Hast du schon&#8230;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine wirksame Frage, die Du in der Regel stellen solltest, sobald ein Teammitglied zu Dir kommt, um sich \u00fcber zwischenmenschlliche Probleme mit jemand anderem zu beschweren ist: <strong>Hast Du schon mit dem Anderen gesprochen? <\/strong>Wenn du Transparenz, Offenheit und Mut in Deinem Team f\u00f6rderst, kannst du nur gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Aikido statt Karate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft ist es viel hilfreicher, nicht gegen jemanden zu argumentieren, sondern mit ihm. Projekt-Karate nenne ich es, wenn man verbal draufhaut und gegentritt. Sowas kannst Du ruhig \u00f6fter mal sein lassen. Das w\u00e4ren S\u00e4tze wie &#8222;Ja wie soll das denn funktionieren?&#8220; oder &#8222;das ist doch ein Strohfeuer ohne nachhaltige Wirkung!&#8220;&#8230; Wie w\u00e4re es, wenn du viel \u00f6fter S\u00e4tze sagst wie &#8222;das klingt ja schonmal spannend, und jetzt \u00fcberleg Dir noch wie Du das nachgehalten bekommst, dann wird es richtig cool!&#8220; das nenne ich <strong>Projekt-Aikido, Aikido ist ein Sport, bei dem der Schwung des Gegners genutzt wird, um ihn zu werfen oder umzulenken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* Hacks sagt man heutzutage, fr\u00fcher sagte man Tricks, Kniffe, Tipps oder einfach Ideen.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
