Everybody mixes them up and everybody wastes time discussing what&#8217;s what. And those who know the difference are annoyed cause they have to wait until everybody has calmed down again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just don&#8217;t use it at all! Say &#8222;this will have a great impact&#8220; or &#8222;this process is too expansive&#8220; or &#8222;the effect of that measure isn&#8217;t big enough&#8220; or &#8222;I think there&#8217;s a lot of potential to make things faster here&#8220;. Please talk like a normal person, this will improve the effectiveness of your communication &#8211; or was it the efficiency?
