Efficiency\/Effectiveness: let’s face it – the vast majority of mankind has problems using those words right. Everybody mixes them up and everybody wastes time discussing what’s what. And those who know the difference are annoyed cause they have to wait until everybody has calmed down again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just don’t use it at all! Say „this will have a great impact“ or „this process is too expansive“ or „the effect of that measure isn’t big enough“ or „I think there’s a lot of potential to make things faster here“. Please talk like a normal person, this will improve the effectiveness of your communication – or was it the efficiency? Or efficacy???<\/p>\n\n\n\n
