Jeder Vergleich hat seine Schw\u00e4chen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Du als Berater, Speaker, Impulsredner, Trainer o.\u00c4. einer Organisation unter die Nase reibst, wie wunderbar ein Highperformance-Sportteam zusammenspielt, und daraus ableitest, dass deine Kunden bitte auch so zusammenspielen sollten, dann mach das bitte nur bei Teams, die auch wie ein High Performance Sport-Team funktionieren sollen:<br>&#8211; dramatische Auslese schon im Vorfeld, wer \u00fcberhaupt in den Kader kommt<br>&#8211; extreme Transparenz \u00fcber pers\u00f6nliche Performance<br>&#8211; gro\u00dfe Transparenz \u00fcber pers\u00f6nlichen Zustand von Skills und Gesundheit<br>&#8211; schneller Austausch bei tendenziell abfallender Leistung<br>&#8211; pers\u00f6nliche Skills, eigener Einsatz und Kooperation auf dem Feld entscheiden fast 100% \u00fcber den Spielausgang<br><br>Im Management \/ in der Leitung gro\u00dfer Organisationen geht es zunehmend aber eben nicht darum, dass 20 Ronaldos in Topform Tore schie\u00dfen. Die Verantwortungstr\u00e4ger m\u00fcssen vielmehr:<br>&#8211; Tausende ANDERE dazu bef\u00e4higen, dass sie optimal arbeiten k\u00f6nnen<br>&#8211; Entscheidungsprozesse F\u00dcR ALLE umstellen von &#8222;Meinung in Hinterzimmern und Gremien&#8220; zu &#8222;(nahezu realtime-)datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen&#8220;, &#8222;A, B, C Testing&#8220;<br>&#8211; Junge TALENTE fr\u00fch entdecken, motivieren und challengen aka &#8222;let others shine&#8220;<br>&#8211; Spielregeln von heute ver\u00e4ndern, damit wir MORGEN punkten k\u00f6nnen<br>&#8211; Wenn wir mit Fu\u00dfball kein Geld mehr verdienen, spielen wir eben Handball oder erfinden ein ganz neues Spiel und sind dann die ersten.<br>etc.<br><br>All diese Aufgaben lassen sich nicht gut darstellen anhand von High-Performance Sport Teams.
